"It turns out I was able to substitute a lesser quality material for better natural stone slate pavers and I was told that I would get a mixture of the different sizes all packed in the pallets together.  I had pieces of the samples and the slate pavers matched what came to my door.  I have learned to beware of buying product without looking at the pallets.  You would not believe what I have been through in building in the past.  I was happy with the replacement slate pavers.  I made it clear to the customer service rep that I wanted a light color and he stated he knew exactly what I wanted.  I signed the release and everything worked out well."  Barry - Houston
