"I've ordered thousands of square feet of cantera pavers and I saved a decent amount of money through my order.  A few days after I ordered, I received an email following up.  I had added to my order and they wanted to confirm.  The customer service spoke and was helpful and intelligent.  I used to work in the landscaping business so I understand how things can go with cantera pavers and related stone.  The company does everything they can do to work with you and make sure they would not lose a customer.  I asked for their help to find something comparable to what I wanted to match our cantera pavers.  I looked it up online and I saw the mosaic with the matching cantera pavers.  They had exactly the same cantera pavers and even the pool coping that I wanted so I knew it would work.  I wanted to get over as soon as possible and look at the cantera pavers.  I was worried about wasting time but the customer service experience was really good.  They helped me with prompt service and moved quickly yet giving me the individual help I needed.  I asked to talk to the supervisor and told him what a great job they were doing.  It is nice having a local company that deals with cantera pavers.  I am not sure there is a comparable company in Houston."  Melinda - Houston
